2024 Allegheny Pirates

The Allegheny Pirates consist of players who desire the chance to play college or professional baseball. The team has a reputation for being one of the elite fall baseball teams. We are proud of our association with the Pittsburgh Pirates and their involvement and support of the team.

This is the Allegheny Pirates 29th year, with more than 500 past or present players, from at least 120 different high schools. Over 470 players are playing or have played college or professional baseball, receiving more than 450 baseball scholarships. There have been 96 players drafted, 8 in the first round, and 14 drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates. To date there have been 12 Major Leaguers, including two Major League All-Stars.

The goal is to help players get to the next level. They also will be competing against other quality teams, building confidence, gaining experience, and respecting the game, while having fun playing it.

Allegheny Pirates have played in front of scouts from virtually every major league team and college coaches from every division in college baseball. Current and past players have participated in all levels of college baseball, including over 90 division I baseball programs.
